Dr. Tilak is Institute of Functional Medicine (USA) certified Practitioner. His goal is to make Aptamed a global leader in providing digitized health data and innovative healthcare solutions to patients and health service providers.
Functional Medicine practice is his passion. He has practiced Medicine in USA for 15 years and moved to Hyderabad in 2022. He is currently practicing Functional Medicine in Hyderabad at Aptamed Centre for Functional Medicine.

He is driven by his passion to use technology to enhance health care outcomes and efficiency. He spearheaded the creation of Aptamed, an AI-powered web application that enables seamless coordination of care among patients, doctors, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers.

DOCTOR AND HEALTH SERVICE PROVIDERS : Aptamed care solutions helps facilitate all aspects of the physician’s workflow, including management of patient health records, visit notes, prescriptions, diagnostics etc. digitally in one place either on phone or a computer. This eliminates the need for paper-based records. It also helps physician manage their appointment schedule and perform Telemedicine visit. Aptamed facilitates diagnostic workflow with ability for the Doctor to send diagnostic tests orders online directly to the diagnostic center. The Doctor will be able to view the diagnostic reports online from the diagnostic center after the test is completed. Aptamed provides e-prescription service which facilitates the doctor to send the prescription directly to the pharmacy. Through Aptamed, patient care can be coordinated between the Doctor, Diagnostic center and Pharmacy in a closed loop and in an efficient manner without errors.
FOR PATIENTS : Patient can organize, maintain, retrieve, and manage medical records digitally in one place either on phone or a computer through Aptamed website or web application. This eliminates the need for paper-based records. Patient can schedule an appointment, request prescription, order diagnostic test and manage their health records.

Our vision is to provide coordinated care between patient care accesses. Coordinated care through digitization reduces cost and improves quality of an individual`s heath care by integrating clinical, diagnostic, pharmaceutical, treatment information in a more efficient way. EHR data can be used by Doctors as well as patients to measure, track and improve outcomes of health. Information can be tracked from initiation of plan of care and over time through our EHR in a much better way than the conventional paper records system used in health care.
