Physician     :

With our Basic Plan Physician can store and manage all the diagnostic reports in patient chart which include lab reports, radiology reports etc with easy access. The physician can print a diagnostic test order for the patient to get the test done at a diagnostic center of their choice. 

With the Advanced Plan physician can manage flow of diagnostic test orders between the physician’s clinic and diagnostic center electronically in closed loop. The flow of orders is from physician to diagnostic center, but communication is bidirectional, augmented by automated and manual messaging system. Once the diagnostic reports become available the diagnostic center will upload the reports to a patient chart which then can be accessed by both the physician and the patient. Please note this is possible only if both the physician and the diagnostic center use Aptamed EMR Software.

Patient     :

Patient can store all the diagnostic reports in their chart with easy access. This facilitates viewing the reports at any time especially if needed to be reviewed at various physician clinic visits.

Patient can manage all the diagnostic reports from different doctors digitally and need not carry paper records. Patient can get a diagnostic test done using digital order on the app or printed test order.

Patient can maintain all previous diagnostic reports over the past few years in one place and tag with doctor’s name.

  Physician:

         With our Plan Physician can maintain all the patient prescriptions in patient chart with easy access. Digital Prescription helps prevent duplication of medications and improves medication safety by allowing the physician to review prescriptions ordered by another physician. Physician can print prescription for patient to fill prescription at a pharmacy.  With Plan physician can manage prescriptions with features available in basic plan and mange flow of prescription orders between physician’s clinic and the pharmacy electronically through closed loop of orders through e-prescription. There will be provision for bidirectional communication augmented by automated and manual messaging system. Please note this is possible only if both the physician and the pharmacy use Aptamed EMR software.

                Patient:

        Patient can store all the prescriptions in their chart with easy access. This facilitates viewing the prescriptions if need to be reviewed at various physician visits or pharmacy visits.

         Patient can manage all the prescriptions digitally ordered by various physicians and need not carry paper prescriptions. Patient can buy a prescription any time using digital prescription on the app   

        Digital Prescription helps prevent duplication of medications and improves medication safety. Patient can ask the doctor to review the list when writing a new prescription to avoid duplication of medications if already prescribed by another physician either of same specialty or different specialty.

        Patient can maintain prescription history with all the previous prescriptions over the past few years in their chart
